Industrial-grade stable
Using up-down printing method which makes each resin layer is cured without separation or other external forces interference. High density of laser makes the light source of the scanning path highly concentrated. However, the non-scanning area will not be diffracted. CLLS automatic level and vacuum coating device make sure the flatness and high accuracy.

High accuracy laser and galvanometer
Using high accuracy galvanometer motor which has a linearity ≥99.9%, resolution repeat accuracy 10 μ Rad. Laser device use 150mW 405nm, the smallest diameter of spot is 0.075mm.

CLLS high accuracy closed loop control of liquid level sensor
Using Panasonic/OPTEX (optional) original high accuracy sensor, accurate to distinguish the layer and the liquid surface tension real-time detection, automatic adjust the liquid level to the preset height, at the same time has the function of automatic filling material (+ / - 150 ml).

Independent research and development of high-performance SLA special Resin (G - Resin), more perfect printing details, ensure higher precision, tie-in ARC Cure secondary solidify box, can make print tolerance 80° for 30 mins.
