FDM large size 3d printer with customized Dual extruder
Our standard machine come with single extruder & single nozzle.
We also support customize add dual extruder.
Please notice:
1, Customized dual extruder will occupy around 10cm space in X axis which will cause the standard printing area of X axis will shorter 10cm space.
2, Customized add dual extruder may not increase the printing speed.
Compare single extruder and dual extruder & dual nozzle, they have advantages and disadvantages:
1. The single extruder 3D printer is easy to operate and is more suitable for entry-level users.
The parameter settings of dual-nozzle printing equipment are complicated and delicate, and it is easier to print failure due to improper setting of a certain parameter.
It is usually difficult for entry-level users to master, while the parameter setting of single extruder is relatively simple.
2. The dual extruder 3D printer is very suitable for printing soluble supports.
If you are very familiar with 3D printers. Need to print some complex creative works, there are many arc bevels or hollow decorations,
you can choose a 3D printer with double extruder, one head to print the model, another head to print the soluble support,
and the support is melted in water to obtain a smooth support surface. That double exxtruder is a very good choice.
3. When printing monochrome, single extruder 3D printer is more stable and more accurate.
