1, The manufacture and the testing of production all have the records.
2, For the detection of 3D printer, we’re very pleased to invite user to come to our factory that you can check the whole process of the manufacture and check the performance of it. If user cannot detect the manufacture on site, our company will provide the testing video. After confirming the product is qualified, then we will be packaging and shipping.

1, The delivery time: We will try our best to fulfill your requirement. If there’s special demand which is that need to be completed ahead of time, our company can specially organize manufacture and installation, and strive to meet your requirements.

1, The purpose of service: rapid, decisive, accuracy, considerate, thoroughly

3, The principle of service: The production warranty period is 12 months. At this period, the supplier will provide free maintain and replace the broken accessories which is caused by quality. For the parts damaged overdue the warranty period, we will provide the cost charge for the parts. If the damage is caused by human factors, the supplier will maintain or provide the parts all calculate as the cost price.
