Problems of 3d big printer size printing model
1. Extrusion of wire rod:
Generally, the problem of wire extrusion is more common, but it is also the easiest to solve.
Like the thread is not smooth: it may be caused by nozzle temperature, printing material, nozzle clogging, too close to the platform, etc. Use tools to clean the nozzles and adjust the distance between the nozzle and the platform.
2. The extruded wire cannot adhere to the printing plate:
Usually, the consumables extruded by the nozzle are directly adhered to the 3d large printer plate and will not be pulled apart by the nozzle. But it will inevitably encounter other situations.
In this case, the most likely cause is that the extruder is moving too fast, the temperature setting of the extruder, and the surface of the large industrial 3d printer platform. A few reasons are that you neglected to level the platform and the distance between the nozzle and the platform before printing.
3. The platform shakes and the nozzle shakes
Tighten the eccentric nut and adjust the nut of the heating bed platform. Both the platform and the nozzle are driven by the timing belt. The eccentric nut is pulled through the timing belt to control its movement. If the eccentric nut is not adjusted well or the new machine is affected by vibration during the receiving process, it will cause shaking. Check the eccentric nut and see if it can be improved by adjusting the eccentric nut.
4. Wire extrusion capacity:
Too much or too little extruded wire has a serious impact on our printed model, ranging from obvious surface layer patterns to severe gaps in the model.
Therefore, in this regard, we pay much attention to the factors of consumables and extrusion magnification.
5. Print curled edges:
The cause of model warping is the distance between the nozzle and the platform and the temperature of the nozzle.
This only needs to adjust the distance between the nozzle and the platform and pay attention to the printing temperature of the material used to prevent the occurrence of edge warping.
