1, Is Dowell a factory or trading company?

 Dowell is a direct factory.

2, Are you manufacturer ?

Yes, we are manufacturer.

3, How long is your delivery time?

Normally 7 working days after payment; Special requirement orders, delivery time is negotiable.

4, What is the warranty?

one-year warranty for wearing parts.

5, Do you accept pay 30% in advance?

Yes, we do. We can start to prepare your printing 3d when receive 30% payment, and send them after get the rest 70% payment.

6, What payment terms you accept?

We accept Paypal, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assuarce, Western Union, Wechat, Alipay.

7, What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.

8, Do you have any certificates on your products?

Our products have their own patents and obtain CE, FCC certification.

9, Is it possible to do a customized order?

Yes, OEM, ODM, are welcome, customize your own brand, your own 3D printer, logo and package box are our strong point.

10, Could you send products to my country?

Yes, we do business in every corner of the world, please contact us to consult the details delivery charge.

11, If outside of China(Mainland), must I pay customs duties, import taxes, VATS, etc...?

Yes, customs fees, import taxes, and VAT may apply and not include in your order total cost. Please kindly know that we could not estimate your countries' import taxes. I would suggest you try a duty estimating website like Duty Calculator.

12, Do you provide overseas technical support?
